Patrick also provides a unique consultation service for developers or municipalities interested in determining feasibility of potential projects. Patrick has served as a member of the Board of Directors for the Rochester Chamber of Commerce, Vice Chairman of the Rochester Governmental Affairs committee, the Rochester Opera House board of Directors, and a board member of McGregor Memorial EMS in Durham NH. He is also an active member of the National, Maine, and New Hampshire association of REALTORS. Patrick currently resides in Dover, NH with his wife Sarah, principal architect of Lassel Architects in South Berwick, and their two Children.
