Tim has been a full-time real estate professional for the past 15 years, and he spent 15 years in the construction industry prior to that.

Tim specializes in residential sales and multi-unit investment properties. Together with his wife Sally (an agent since 1984), they own and manage numerous investment properties and have successfully completed hundreds of real estate transactions.

A Rochester resident for over 40 years, Tim is active in, and proud of, his community. He participates as a member of the Rochester Planning Board, the Rochester Opera House Board of Directors, the Rochester Chamber of Commerce Presidents Committee, the Strafford County Board of REALTORS Professional Standards Committee, and numerous other civic organizations.
