Janet Davis

Janet is a Rochester, NH, native and graduate from a local high school. She then went on to New Hampshire College in Manchester. She and her husband raised four sons who also attended and graduated from the Rochester school system.

Janet is a Rochester, NH, native and graduate from a local high school. She then went on to New Hampshire College in Manchester. She and her husband raised four sons who also attended and graduated from the Rochester school system.

In 1973, Janet went into the real estate profession. After several years of being associated with a well-known Dover agency, she helped form Brookside Realty, Inc., and remained active as a broker and owner until 1992. At that time, Janet joined HCA and intends to be with them as an associate broker licensed in both Maine and New Hampshire for the balance of her career.

Janet has been involved with local builders as their representative on several quality subdivisions. She also enjoys working with buyer clients who range from first-time home buyers to those who are searching to upgrade into new construction and/or larger existing homes. Over the years, she has listed many properties in our market area from manufactured housing/single-family homes/multi-units and land.

Over the years, Janet has been involved with many civic organizations and currently serves as a trustee at Frisbie Memorial Hospital, Secretary of the Rochester Economic Development Commission, as well as Commissioner for the Rochester Housing Authority. She is a past President of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, the Strafford County Board of REALTORS, and held the position of New Hampshire Dean of the Tri-State Real Estate Institute (SRI). In 1980, she was selected as the New Hampshire REALTOR of the Year.

Janet has a firm knowledge of the real estate industry due to her 34 years in real estate, as well as her involvement in the organizations listed above. She would enjoy the opportunity to put her knowledge and experience to work for you.
